HOW DOES IT WORK?

You read and accept the General terms and conditions for tax consultants and tax consultancy firms as well as the Privacy Policy und sind damit einverstanden.
You also take note of the legal basis for the charge calculation.
We will only accept orders that are to be completed within an hour. Hereupon we apply § 64 tax consultation law in combination with §§ 11 and 13 tax refund regulation to an hourly rate of 150, - EURO plus statutory sales tax. Our fee is payable immediately after the invoice has been issued.
ADDRESSES
Make sure your e-mail is sent from the computer where you want to receive the reply. We use the e-mail response feature. Please enter your billing address in the e-mail form.
FACTS AND QUESTIONS
Please state the facts in our e-mail form and formulate your questions. If possible, separate the questions from the facts. The answer can then be attached directly to your question.
PROCESSING TIME
We will answer your questions within the next 24 hours of receipt, but only on working days. If a question does not fall into the areas of income, turnover, corporation, trade, inheritance, gift tax or procedural law, or if the answer is not possible within an hour, you will receive a free message in the same time.
SAFETY
You will send us your questions as unencrypted as we answer you unencrypted. Like in the case of mail, you accept that your information as well as our response can reach unauthorized hands through illegal acts. Within our practice, however, your information is subject to the confidentiality obligationaccording to the tax consultation law. All our employees are also committed to this secrecy. A breach of this secrecy is punishable by the law.
